We are looking for a few more people to volunteer their time and talents for the PTO next year. Anyone that is interested can contact Naomi Warchol at naomiwarchol@yahoo.com, or Jenna Goodman at jennag98@gmail.com.
School Spirit: This involves developing a plan with our Principal to improve school morale and implementing this plan throughout the school year. Some events include dress-up days throughout the school year and the Halloween parade. Volunteers are needed to take pictures during Morning drop-off on event days and to dress up as ‘The Bear’ on the day before and the day of the event.
Time Commitment: At school from 8:15 – 8:45 on the morning of the event. Dress-up events are held on Fridays.
School Pictures: This committee is responsible for coordinating our school pictures. It involves sending home notices and envelope order forms for picture day. It also requires you to be at the school on picture day to assist the children with their orders and to help them prepare for their photo.
Time Commitment: Mostly at home with help at school on the day of the event.
Yearbook: This involves taking photos during the year and organizing the layout for the yearbook (including typing at home). It also requires sending home yearbook order forms, placing the order and distributing the books at the end of the school year.

Box Tops 4 Education
Our first collection of Box Tops is on October 19th so please bring in your summer stash over the next two weeks. Each classroom has a specially marked box to deposit their box tops. The classroom with the most box tops submitted will win a class prize!!!
If every child sends in only 50 (5 per month) over the course of the year then roughly $2500 in funds will be earned for Blueberry Hill School. It is free money since we already purchase a lot of General Mills products like GM cereals, Nature Valley Granola Bars, Pillsbury and Yoplait for our children. For a complete list of participating GM products check out the www.boxtops4education.com website. Thanks for your contribution.
Campbells Labels For Education

from any of the listed Campbell products and sending them to school with your child.
Labels can be submitted to your child's teacher or dropped in the Campbell's
receptacle located in the main office.
