Dear Longmeadow Community:

We are pleased to share that Longmeadow High School has been ranked # 308 in Best High Schools by the Daily Beast, a website operated by Newsweek.  Indicators included graduation rates, college acceptance percentiles, college level courses offered, exams taken, SAT scores and ACT scores.  The school department is proud of the variety of courses offered to our students, thanks to strong community support, as well as the rigor presented by our staff. In addition, we are thankful for our teachers as they give students the help that they need to be so successful in high school and college.  Also, we are thankful to the middle schools' and elementary schools' staffs for providing a strong foundation upon which the high school's teachers build.  Most of all, accolades go to our students who accept exceptional challenges and work dligently to be so successful.  Well done Longmeadow Public Schools!
